Logan Gilbert – SP (elbow)
Gilbert was removed after three scoreless innings during his start on April 25 due to right forearm tightness. He was placed on the 15-day injured list after an MRI revealed a mild right elbow flexor strain. The 28-year-old right-hander made his first rehab start with Triple-A Tacoma on May 29, giving up one run over 1 2/3 innings. He’ll likely need two more rehab starts before returning to the Seattle rotation in June.
Luke Raley – OF (oblique)
Raley suffered a right oblique strain during batting practice on Tuesday, April 29. He was placed on the 10-day injured list and is expected to miss about six weeks. Raley began ramping up baseball activities on May 27 and is nearing a rehab assignment
