2025 NFL Draft: Fans Wonder if Lee Corso Will Make His Iconic Prediction from Beyond
ESPN announced earlier this month that Corso will retire from broadcasting after one last episode of “College GameDay” on Aug. 30. It’ll mark the end of an epic run that included so many exciting headgear picks and him saying, “not so fast, my friend,” countless times.
When Corso’s retirement was first announced by ESPN, the longtime analyst expressed gratitude for all the support he has received over the years.
“ESPN has been exceptionally generous to me, especially these past few years,” Corso said. “They accommodated me and supported me, as did my colleagues in the early days of College GameDay. Special thanks to Kirk Herbstreit for his friendship and encouragement. And lest I forget, the fans … truly a blessing to share this with them. ESPN gave me this wonderful opportunity and provided me the support to ensure success. I am genuinely grateful.”
