The Baltimore Ravens are slated to be one of the best teams in the AFC again in 2025.

Lamar Jackson is coming off one of his best statistical seasons, and while the Ravens still couldn’t make it to the Super Bowl last year, they played well against top-tier opponents.

Their roster was strong in 2024, but they’ve made strides throughout the offseason to make it even better, hoping to improve in whatever way possible.

One additional move could be acquiring CB Kyle Fuller, as reporter Ari Meriov noted on X.

Fuller could be an additional piece to an already-strong unit, giving the Ravens more depth at one of the most important pieces of a defense, if not the most important.

Having multiple elite safeties and cornerbacks has proven to be part of a great strategy for winning, especially in today’s NFL and the pass-heavy approach many teams take.

The Philadelphia Eagles are a prime example of this.

Many doubted their secondary after some disappointing performances in 2023, so they made a few moves to improve during the offseason.

The result was a Super Bowl in 2024.

Adding more defensive backs doesn’t always result in a Super Bowl, of course, but it can’t hurt the Ravens, especially if their offense plays as well as they did last year.

If the defense can do its job and force turnovers and limit points, it’ll allow Jackson and his offensive counterparts to do their thing, being the strong unit they’ve been for years and wreaking havoc on their opponents.
