Maryland Football Star's Shocking DUI Arrest Raises Questions on and off the Field

Maryland’s defensive line just took a surprising hit with Daniel “DD” Holmes landing in hot water early Wednesday. The redshirt freshman, who’s been showing up strong in all four games this season after transferring from Florida State, faced charges including driving under the influence—yep, court records confirmed the incident. What caught my attention was the report from @TheDMVLive on X, revealing Holmes allegedly crashed his ride into a concrete wall at Looney’s Pub parking garage in College Park before trying to make a getaway.
