Tennessee Football Targets Rising Kansas City Star in 2027 Offensive Line Recruitment Blitz
The Tennessee Volunteers are already making waves for their 2027 recruiting class, and this time, they’ve set their sights on a standout talent in Kyler Kuhn—a four-star interior offensive lineman with plenty of promise. From the heart of Kansas City, Missouri, this 6-foot-3, 280-pound prospect has caught the eye of the Vols, who extended a coveted scholarship offer following a conversation with Cayden Cochran. It’s always exciting to see a player with such pedigree—ranked ninth nationally among interior offensive linemen by 247Sports and second in his home state—get that nod from a major program like Tennessee. But he’s not just Tennessee’s prize; Kuhn’s been on the radar for a slew of powerhouse programs across the nation, from Nebraska, which led the charge with the first offer last January, to heavy hitters like Iowa, Wisconsin, Florida, and Penn State, among many others. With four commitments already in the fold, including promising defensive and offensive prospects, Tennessee is clearly building something robust for the future. The energy around this recruiting push? Electric, to say the least.
