This weekend, the vibrant Orange and Green will make a powerful statement in New Orleans, as Florida A&M’s latest head coach Quinn Fordham Gray Sr. teams up with some of the Rattlers’ finest alumni for the much-anticipated fifth annual HBCU Legacy Bowl. Set against the electric atmosphere of Tulane University’s Yulman Stadium on February 21, this event isn’t just a game — it’s a celebration of talent, legacy, and a forthcoming generation of standout athletes from Black colleges. Leading Team Robinson, named after the legendary Eddie Robinson of Grambling State, Coach Gray, along with Prairie View A&M’s Tremaine Jackson, will guide a squad stacked with SWAC and SIAC stars, including All-American offensive linemen Ashton Grable and Charles Davis, both former standout Rattlers.
