Bill Belichick’s 24-year-old girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, went viral for her behavior at North Carolina’s final spring practice at Kenan Allen Memorial Stadium in Chapel Hill on Saturday.

Video of the head coach’s girlfriend strutting around the field went viral, with some fans criticizing her behavior.

“Sooo is Jordon Hudson now a coach for UNC? What is going on with Belichick in Chapel Hill…” one person wondered.

However, while some were critical of Hudson’s behavior on the field, Pro Football Talk is pointing out that the former college cheerleader has an official football job.

Hudson is the “assistant producer or coordinator producer or executive producer of the documentary/infomercial that was set for NFL Films until it wasn’t.”

Of course, Hudson landed her job because of her relationship with Belichick. That’s obvious. But it doesn’t mean that she’s not working hard or filling some kind of role within the North Carolina program. In fact, Belichick finds her so important, that he’s making sure she’s CC’d on every email he gets.

However, it remains unclear who she is getting paid by.

If she is getting paid by North Carolina, a public university, there will be public record of it. However, if she’s getting paid by Belichick or some kind of production company, there might not be a paper trail.

Regardless, while she went viral for her behavior on Saturday, she was apparently just doing her job.

Belichick accepted the North Carolina job at the end of the 2024 season. His young girlfriend accompanied him to the press conference and posed in photos, seen above.

The six-time Super Bowl-winning head coach is starting fresh in many ways at the college football level.

UNC is scheduled to open the 2025 college football regular season on Sept. 1 against TCU. The game will air on ESPN and kick off at 7:30 p.m. E.T.
