Bill Belichick and his girlfriend Jordon Hudson have been a major topic of conversation after their awkward CBS interview Sunday.

Hudson, 24, interrupted Belichick’s interview with Tony Dokoupil on CBS Sunday Morning after taking exception to a question asking how she and the 73-year-old coaching legend met. Hudson cut off the interview before Belichick could answer, telling Dokoupil “We’re not talking about this.”

According to a new report from Pro Football Talk’s Mike Florio, that was not the only time the former pageant queen and college cheerleader interjected during the session.

“It wasn’t, we’re told, the only time she interjected. While we don’t know the total number of interruptions, it’s our understanding that CBS decided to include that one specific instance because it wasn’t a one-time thing,” Florio wrote.

For what it’s worth, Hudson herself has shared in the past how she and Belichick met. The two struck up a conversation on a flight in February 2021. 

At the time, Belichick was in a relationship with his longtime girlfriend Linda Holliday. The former New England Patriots coach left an autographed message inside the cover of her copy of the book Deductive Logic.

“Thanks for giving me a course on logic! Safe travels!” Belichick wrote.

Reportedly, Hudson has been quite active since Belichick took over as head coach at the University of North Carolina earlier this offseason, asking to be copied on any email correspondences involving the eight-time Super Bowl champion.

There have been some calls for Belichick to dump Hudson following the CBS interview, but there’s zero indication he’s going to do that. 

Hudson herself seemed to send a brief message to critics on Instagram hours after the interview aired.

“Lots o’ daffs & laffs,” she wrote, sharing a picture of herself in yellow laying on the grass next to some daffodils.

Doesn’t seem like she’s worried about any backlash.
