Inside the Secret Strategy Behind Bill Belichick’s Girlfriend’s Stunning $8 Million Investment Empire

Bill Belichick’s back in the spotlight, but not just for his legendary gridiron wizardry. This time, the buzz swirls around a rather peculiar moment on “CBS News Sunday Morning”—an interview that quickly veered into eyebrow-raising territory when his girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, stepped in to halt a reporter’s question about how the couple actually met. Seems like even the Mastermind of football strategy can’t dodge a little media intrigue without a timeout from his team. Is this just a case of keeping the spotlight on Belichick’s latest book, or is there something more under the surface? Meanwhile, Hudson isn’t just making headlines for deflecting questions; at just 24, she’s quietly built a $8 million real estate empire that throws bricks as hard as any Belichick blitz. So as Bill readies to take the helm at North Carolina after a year off, the off-field action with Hudson is proving almost as captivating as his storied coaching saga. Curious to see how this one unfolds? LEARN MORE.

What Bill Belichick Has Been Up To With New Girlfriend (1:12)

Bill Belichick and his girlfriend Jordon Hudson have been in the news this week after their controversial interview with “CBS News Sunday Morning.” During the interview, Hudson stopped a journalist from asking the North Carolina football coach about how the two of them met, despite both of them telling the story several times.

In a statement on Wednesday, Belichick said that Hudson was “simply doing her job to ensure the interview stayed on track,” and that the two of them are not avoiding the topic. Belichick noted that the interview was to be about his new book, and not to stray into other topics.

CBS News issued a statement of its own, calling the conversation with Belichick “a wide-ranging interview.”

“There were no preconditions or limitations to this conversation. This was confirmed repeatedly with his publisher before the interview took place and after it was completed.”

Belichick’s relationship may be under scrutiny, but his girlfriend has been able to build an impressive portfolio as she pursues a career in real estate.

According to Realtor.com, Hudson has amassed a property portfolio worth an estimated $8 million. The 24-year-old former cheerleader bought three properties at the end of 2023, and converted the first into three separate apartment buildings.

She did the same with her second property. Both are located in the Dorchester area of Boston, and rent for one of the units is an estimated $5,000 per month.

Hudson bought the final property in Boston for $3 million, two weeks after acquiring the initial two properties on the same day. All three of the properties are “generating a rental income of $17,675 a month” according to current listings.

Finally, she listed a $610,000 home in Harwich, Massachusetts as her personal residence.

Belichick was stil working as the New England Patriots’ head coach when Hudson purchased these properties, including her personal home in Harwich. Belichick left the team after the 2023 season and did not coach in 2024.

He’ll return to the sidelines this season with North Carolina, as Hudson continues to face scrutiny over her behavior in the interview and for her relationship with Belichick as a whole.
