As Arch Manning made the pilgrimage to Atlanta this week for SEC Media Days, the Longhorns QB also made a stop at the College Football Hall of Fame where a piece of family history was waiting for him.
For those who may not know the patriarch of football’s first family is Archie Manning who put together a legendary career at Ole Miss before being selected with the second overall pick back in 1971.
Archie was inducted into the CFB Hall of Fame 18 years later and when his grandson arrived at the hallowed grounds in Atlanta Arch was presented with his iconic No. 18 Rebels jersey.
