Arthur Smith Unveils Bold Vision That Could Transform Steelers’ Offense Forever
For years, the Pittsburgh Steelers have had one of the most outdated and predictable offenses in all of football.
The days of their bruising and dominant running attack are long gone, and they haven’t had an explosive passing game since prime Ben Roethlisberger was out there.
That’s why Arthur Smith wants to make sure that changes in his second year as offensive coordinator.
When asked about his new-look offense, Smith claimed that he wanted it to be ‘explosive.’
“We don’t want to be three yards and a cloud of dust,” Smith said. “You want to be explosive. You want to be the best offense in the league. That’s your goal.”
