Broadcast details and kickoff time has officially been announced for Auburn football’s key SEC showdown with No. 11 Vanderbilt in Week 11.
The Tigers and Commodores will play at 3 p.m. CT on Saturday, Nov. 8 at First Bank Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee. The game will air on SEC Network. Auburn-Vanderbilt is one of five SEC vs. SEC games set for Week 11, joining Alabama-LSU, Florida-Kentucky, Georgia-Mississippi State, and Texas A&M-Missouri. Ole Miss is the lone SEC team to play a game in Week 11 against a non-conference opponent, they will play The Citadel at noon CT on SEC Network+.
Auburn is tied with Vanderbilt all-time, 22-22-1, and will look to regain the upper-hand in the game on Nov. 8. The Commodores have won three of its last five meetings against Auburn, and snapped a two-game skid in the series last season by beating Auburn, 17-7, at Jordan-Hare Stadium. Vanderbilt is one of the “feel-good” stories of the season by entering Week 10’s game against No. 19 Texas with a 7-1 record, owning wins over Missouri, South Carolina, and LSU. Auburn improved to 4-4 in Week 9 by downing Arkansas on the road, 33-24.
