Auburn’s Alex Golesh Unveils Bold ‘Iron Bowl’ Strategy That Could Shake Alabama to Its Core
First-year Auburn football coach Alex Golesh is making sure the Tigers know that the last Saturday of November is a little more important than just about every other Saturday during the season.
Golesh, who took the Auburn job in November after a successful three-year stint at South Florida, has already implemented a period of spring practice dedicated entirely to preparing for the ‘Iron Bowl’ against archrival Alabama.
The Tigers head coach explained why he decided to do so while speaking to the SEC Network’s Cole Cubelic.
