Following their massive victory, Bam Adebayo talked about his team and how they work.

Surprisingly, he said that the Heat were on the court doing their own thing without much input from their head coach, Erik Spoelstra.

But that’s not a bad thing, because Miami knows what they’re doing.

“You can’t really scout plays for us. There are no plays. In the whole first half, I don’t think Spo ran a play,” Adebayo said.

Adebayo was a major part of the team’s win because he put up 24 points, five rebounds, and four assists, shooting 42.1 percent from the field and 50.0 percent from beyond the three-point line.

The offense was relentless throughout the game, with major turns from Nikola Jovic with 20 points, Kel’el Ware with 19, and Jaime Jaquez Jr. with 17 points.

Up and down the lineup, the Heat had strong performances.

The best part of this win is that so many of the points were scored by younger players who are looking to prove what they can do.
