Udinese dent Milan title bid
AC Milan’s hopes of winning the Scudetto suffered a huge setback as they were stunned 3-0 at San Siro by Udinese.
Udinese took the lead in the 27th minute when Davide Bartesaghi inadvertently deflected Arthur Atta’s cross into his own net.
Ten minutes later, Jurgen Ekkelenkamp headed home Nicolo Zaniolo’s cross to make it 2-0, and Atta made the points safe with a cool finish 19 minutes from the end of normal time.
Milan are nine points behind leaders Inter Milan, who visit Como on Sunday.
