Bills Make Bold Move: Can New DE Kameron Cline Be the Game-Changer They Need?
Alright, here’s something stirring in Buffalo this Thursday morning — the Bills are shuffling their deck again. Defensive end Kameron Cline is stepping back onto the field with the Bills, edging out Hayden Harris, who’s now on the sidelines due to injury, making room for this new-old chapter. You might recall Cline’s name; he’s no stranger to the Bills’ sidelines, having been scooped up off waivers from the Colts just last year, mostly warming the practice squad bench for the past couple seasons. Last season, Cline flashed briefly — one game and a modest 17 special teams snaps — and his Colts stint from 2020 to 2022 added a few tackles across five games to his resume. Harris, by contrast, came in undrafted and now bows out under a tough injury cloud. It’s a tweak in the Bills’ roster puzzle, and I’m eager to see how Cline’s return shapes up on the gridiron.
