Owen Hargreaves is speaking on TNT Sports about the two managers.
“Luis Enrique has done an incredible job,” he says. “Being an ex-player, he has a closeness to the boys, but his style of play…I think he’s one of the best without question.”
Steven Gerrard feels Enrique needs to add a second Champions League title to his name to be considered alongside Pep Guardiola and Carlo Ancelotti as one of the modern managerial greats. Enrique already has one as a manager, of course: he led Barcelona to the trophy in 2015.
