She converted three of the properties into multi-tiered apartment units, and a listing says that the properties “generating a rental income of $17,675 a month”
Her last property is her personal residence, valued at just over $600,000. Sports fans and members of the sports media responded to Hudson’s portfolio, including Fox Sports’ Colin Cowherd.
“This was, um, an interesting read,” Cowherd said, reacting to how Hudson built her real estate empire.
