Colin Cowherd’s Controversial Call: Which College Football Powerhouse Must ‘Act More Republican’?
Colin Cowherd found a way to make an extra convoluted point about college football.
On Tuesday’s The Herd, the pundit discussed a piece from The Athletic identifying college football’s most valuable programs. USC ranked eighth based on a $1.4 billion projected valuation despite placing 28th in average revenue at $71.3 million.
Cowherd essentially encouraged USC to stop caring about other sports. He argued that they should support football the way the Republican Party supports a political nominee amid numerous scandals and indictments.
