There’s nothing really stopping Newton from just making his own College GameDay-like show on his own for HBCUs in the first place. He can just work with some schools to set up his own show for either YouTube, Twitch or another streaming service in that format and hire people to make the production with him. It doesn’t even have to be all that big or expensive.
Waiting for a network to give him a call is probably the slowest path to making it a reality.
