Some people are holding out hope that Trump’s committee will make college football a much better product than it currently is. Most fans, however, won’t hold their breath.
“Yeah I’m sure this is going to be great,” one fan sarcastically said.
“Nick Saban has been doing a lot of whining, apparently,” a second fan wrote.
“I know the focal point of this will be Donald Trump,” Aaron Torres said. “But the biggest takeaway from me is Nick Saban just became the ‘Czar of College Football’ everyone wanted – without the official title or bureaucracy that comes with dealing with the NCAA. Total positive for college sports.”
