Unfortunately for Sanders, the NCAA doesn’t agree that it’s a tremendous idea.
On Friday, the NCAA denied Sanders’ request to have a scrimmage against Syracuse. The FBS Oversight Committee mentioned academic concerns and possible recruiting advantages as reasons for this decision.
