Flagg had indicated in the past that a return to college for a sophomore season at Duke isn’t out of the question, but it would be shocking if he decided to do that given how locked in he is as the No. 1 pick in the 2025 draft if he decides to declare.
The Utah Jazz, Washington Wizards, and Charlotte Hornets will most likely be the three teams with the likeliest chance of obtaining the No. 1 pick in the lottery, which grants the three worst teams in the league a 14 percent chance each at landing the pick.
