Could This Former SEC Star Quarterback Be the X-Factor the New York Jets Have Been Missing?
The former Missouri quarterback will have a familiar face blocking for him as the Jets’ first-round pick in this year’s draft was offensive tackle Armand Membou. The former Tigers superstar spoke glowingly of Cook as his media appearance this morning.

Cook won’t be the only player with strong ties to the rest of the roster though. One player to receive a minicamp invite was Giovanni Williams, a linebacker out of Division II Miles College. Williams is the younger brother of two of the team’s top players: All-Pro linebacker Quincy Williams and Pro Bowl defensive tackle Quinnen Williams.Â
