Dan Orlovsky Reveals the Surprising NFL QBs Who Could Dominate This Season—Are You Ready?
Isn’t it wild how football, the quintessential team sport, has morphed into a quarterback’s kingdom these days? Watching from my years entrenched in the game and the digital trenches alike, I can’t help but marvel at how one position now often decides the fate of entire franchises each Sunday. Enter Dan Orlovsky — not just any analyst, but one with a sharp eye who’s spotlighted two signal-callers you absolutely can’t afford to miss this season: Matthew Stafford and Drake Maye. Are we witnessing the dawn of the next MVP alongside a seasoned veteran proving age is just a number? Grab your popcorn, because these two quarterbacks might just redefine what it means to own the huddle — and trust me, this battle between new school flair and old school grit could be the spectacle that defines the entire NFL year.

Football is arguably the ultimate team sport. However, the NFL has become a quarterback’s league, now more than ever.
With that in mind, analyst Dan Orlovsky took to social media to name two must-watch NFL quarterbacks this season.
“The two QBs I look forward to watching the most on a weekly basis this year are [Matthew] Stafford and [Drake] Maye. More impressive by the week,” Orlovsky wrote on X.

The New England Patriots are riding a league-best seven-game winning streak. Drake Maye overcame some early-season jitters to prove not only is he the right man for the job, but also that he can be a true superstar in the league.
While head coach Mike Vrabel deserves a lot of credit for New England’s turnaround, and the front office did a solid job improving the roster, the second-year quarterback has been spectacular this season. He’s undoubtedly an NFL MVP candidate.
Matthew Stafford, on the other hand, might be playing his best football for the Los Angeles Rams. That’s a lot to say for someone who’s closing in on two decades in the league.
Stafford is playing with the confidence of a quarterback who has seen every type of coverage. He’s slinging the ball downfield and making huge throws at every level, and the Rams have emerged as a Super Bowl favorite.
In fact, Maye and Stafford might go toe-to-toe in the final game of the season. That would certainly be an epic battle of new school against old school.
