Deion Sanders Faces Mysterious Health Battle: What’s Really Going On?
According to ESPN and USA Today, Sanders has been in Texas battling an “unspecified health issue.” There’s no timetable on his return to coaching or even speaking engagements.
In a recent YouTube livestream, Sanders’ son Deion Sanders Jr. said that the Hall of Fame football star was “feeling well” but won’t be going back to Boulder, Colorado until he’s feeling good enough to travel.
“He’ll tell y’all soon enough what he’s going through, what he went through,” Deion Jr. stated, according to USA Today. “When we get back to Boulder, I don’t know. I’m waiting until my dad leaves. When he leaves, then I’ll go. Until then, I’m going to sit here with him.”
