Dukeâs streak doesnât even include a key portion of Krzyzewskiâs iconic career, although three of his five national championship seasons (2000-01, 2009-10 and 2014-15) and two more of his record 13 Final Four appearances are in there. The streak would have been much longer â 37, in fact â but Coach K took a medical leave of absence after 12 games in the 1994-95 season and the team slumped from a 9-3 start under him to missing the NCAA Tournament without him.
