ESPN Legend Scott Van Pelt's Heartfelt Tribute to Lee Corso Leaves No Dry Eyes in the Studio
Corso, who spent almost 40 years with ESPN and College GameDay, will make his final appearance on the popular college football pre-game show on August 30. The destination for that edition of College GameDay will be announced at a later date.
Corso has loved every part of being on the show for almost four decades.
“My family and I will be forever indebted for the opportunity to be part of ESPN and College GameDay for nearly 40 years, Corso said in a statement, via ESPN. “I have a treasure of many friends, fond memories, and some unusual experiences to take with me into retirement.”
