Meanwhile, one of Saban’s former assistant coaches, Lane Kiffin, has made an official prediction. Kiffin, the head coach at Ole Miss, is predicting that Saban will officially return to coaching.
The Ole Miss Rebels head coach made his prediction at SEC Media Days in Atlanta. He believes that Saban will either return to coaching at the college football level or perhaps even the NFL.
“He’s not going to need me to hire him,” Kiffin said at SEC Media Days, via Sam Hutchens of the Mississippi Clarion Ledger. “I don’t think he’s done. I think he’ll be back. Whether that’s college or NFL, I think he’ll be back.”
