Josh Allen’s Surprise Endorsement Deal: What This Partnership Means for the Future

Josh Allen isn’t just the MVP lighting up the NFL; he’s flipping the script off the field, too. Just when you thought his cleats couldn’t get any flashier, bam—he’s laced up with New Balance, ditching Nike for the first time since 2018. But here’s the kicker: this isn’t just another endorsement deal. Allen and New Balance are teaming up to boost youth sports back in his hometown of Firebaugh, California, proving it’s about more than just the glow of the spotlight. As he gears up to face the Ravens in a Week 1 showdown—rematch of last year’s divisional thriller—one wonders, could these new kicks be the lucky charm that finally pushes Buffalo over the Super Bowl hump? Let’s dive in.

Reigning NFL MVP Josh Allen is one of the stars of the league and continues to see his star shine brighter and brighter, not only on the field as he continues to chase that elusive Super Bowl, but also off the field.

Allen is ready to roll ahead of a tough Week 1 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday Night Football, and when he does suit up for a rematch of last year’s Divisional Round, he could be sporting some cleats provided to him by his new endorsement deal.

It was announced that Allen has signed an endorsement deal with New Balance, and the two parties reportedly partnered to also make a commitment to fund the community sports program in Allen’s hometown of Firebaugh, California, in an effort to help young athletes have every opportunity to succeed.

Allen was previously signed with Nike, so this was a huge acquisition by New Balance as Allen joins another MVP in Shohei Ohtani alongside his new endorser.

Allen announced the deal in a letter to his hometown, and this will be the first time Allen will play a game under an endorser other than Nike, who originally signed the Bills QB in 2018.

New Balance is making an effort to upgrade its football roster, and it doesn’t get much bigger than the reigning MVP.

Allen may have finally won his first MVP award, but what he surely wants more than ever is to bring this franchise its first Super Bowl.

He’ll have every chance to do so beginning on Sunday.
