Fields has never been the most accurate passer, and it always takes some time to adjust to a new offense, but this is worrisome nonetheless, even if it’s just training camp.
He doesn’t get the benefit of the doubt anymore because of his history of struggles in the pocket.
He’s a gifted athlete and one of the most dangerous quarterbacks when he rolls out or takes off with his legs, but that’s not the case when he’s asked to make plays with his arm.
