Knicks Face Uncertainty as Landry Shamet’s Mysterious Shoulder Injury Sidelines Him Against Magic
Knicks guard Landry Shamet left Saturday’s game against the Orlando Magic early due to an apparent shoulder injury.
Shamet, starting with OG Anunoby injured, collided with Jalen Suggs and Wendell Carter Jr. midcourt. Shamet immediately grabbed at his right shoulder and ran to the locker room with a trainer.

The Knicks announced Shamet suffered a shoulder injury before the start of the second quarter and ruled him out for the rest of the game.
This is the same shoulder Shamet dislocated during the 2024 preseason. He was later signed by New York in December and helped the Knicks as a key bench player.
