Mysterious Death of Former Football Star in Parking Garage Sparks Outpouring of Tributes and Questions
Tragedy struck the football world this past week as former Texas Southern defensive tackle Tyler Martinez sadly lost his life.
According to reports, Martinez was shot and killed during a dispute at an apartment parking garage this past Friday. ABC 13 reported that the dispute escalated into lethal violence when a woman handed the alleged shooter a firearm. Three shots were fired into Martinez’s torso and he died at the scene.
