Thatâs what Chicago Bears fans are boasting about (partly in jest) after the drafting of Caleb Williams and Rome Odunze in 2024 and the much-needed additions of offensive guard Joe Thuney, center Drew Dalman, OG Jonah Jackson and defensive tackle Grady Jarrett to the offensive and defensive lines this offseason.
But what does âwinning the offseasonâ actually get you? After all, the Bears finished just 5-12 and in dead last in the NFC North last season.
The answer is hope. Hope that big signings, blockbuster trades and a home-run draft can change the trajectory of a franchise in one offseason.
