Allen rightfully gets a lot of credit for improving his throwing accuracy while in the NFL. But the rushing ability has always been there. It’s fitting that Allen passed Newton for the most rushing TDs by a quarterback because few quarterbacks were more of a nightmare to tackle than that duo. Most quarterbacks can only dream of their size and speed combination.
It’s been fun to watch Lamar Jackson and Allen in their primes at the same time. They are two of the best running quarterbacks ever, and they do it with completely different styles.
