Lindgren is a high-character player who doesn’t shy away from physical play and is at an age where he likely hasn’t yet hit his ceiling. Some of the defensive challenges that plagued the end of his tenure with the Rangers weren’t as evident in Colorado, where he logged more than 18 minutes per night in the playoffs after arriving at the trade deadline. Lindgren is a steady puck-mover who can contribute on the penalty kill.
