A former Ohio State Buckeyes wide receiver was involved in a serious ATV accident over the weekend. Ex-Buckeyes wide receiver Julian Fleming was seriously injured in an ATV accident in Pennsylvania on Friday night. He and his girlfriend were reportedly riding an ATV when they got into an accident with a deer.
Fleming’s girlfriend was pronounced dead at the scene. Fleming, meanwhile, was rushed to the hospital for his injuries. He has reportedly since been released.
“This crash occurred on Painter Lick Lane in Columbia Township, Bradford County. An ATV was traveling northbound on Painter Lick Lane when it collided with a deer that had jumped out in the roadway. Neither of the occupants were wearing safety equipment. The operator of the ATV sustained serious injuries and was transported to Guthrie Troy Community Hospital,” the report states.
