Packers Lineman Drops Shocking Truth About Devastating Loss to Browns
Ever find yourself wondering how a team that looked unstoppable in their first two games suddenly trips over their own cleats? That’s exactly what the Green Bay Packers experienced in Week 3 against the Cleveland Browns—a game that felt less like a “who’s who” showdown and more like a series of self-inflicted wounds wrapped up in penalties. Sure, credit where it’s due: the Browns played nearly flawless defense, but let’s be honest, the Packers gave them more than a fair helping hand. Watching Sean Rhyan’s candid admission about the flag parade felt like a breath of fresh air—because someone finally said what we were all thinking. And when even a rising star like Micah Parsons steps up to shoulder the blame, you realize this wasn’t just a rough night; it was a wake-up call. So, what’s next for a team hyped as a Super Bowl favorite? Can they shake off their own stumbles and come roaring back against Dallas? Stay tuned—because this saga is far from over . . .

The Green Bay Packers weren’t at their best in Week 3.
While the Cleveland Browns deserve all the credit in the world for what they did and the near-perfect game they played in springing the upset, the Packers also contributed by making multiple mistakes.
“You gotta give it to them. They’re a good defense, but we just kept getting flags, penalties. It just seems like we kept shooting ourselves in the foot,” Green Bay offensive lineman Sean Rhyan said.
Micah Parsons also took the blame for his two offside penalties, vowing to do better and knowing that the Packers have higher expectations for him.
That’s what leaders do, and props to the newcomer for stepping up and not being afraid of criticism.
Then again, he was hardly the only one to blame for this setback.
The Packers drew a season-high 14 penalties, the second-most they’ve committed in 15 years.
The Browns’ defense smothered them from start to finish, limiting running back Josh Jacobs to 1.9 yards per carry on 19 attempts.
Green Bay looked like a Super Bowl favorite in its first two games, and this loss doesn’t necessarily change that, but it shows that it needs to stay focused to live up to that potential.
The Packers visit the Dallas Cowboys in Week 4, and it’ll be interesting to see how they respond to this setback.
