During a previous episode of “The Paul Finebaum Show,” the outspoken radio host shared his thoughts about LSU coach Brian Kelly.
Kelly has been coaching LSU since 2022. Although the program has won 29 games over the past three years, the last appearance in the College Football Playoff came under Ed Orgeron.
With that said, Finebaum believes it’s time for Kelly to take LSU to the College Football Playoff.
“Brian Kelly, he does need to get to the playoffs,” Finebaum said. “This is his best team, he has admitted that. But he’s also considered an elite coach. So, short of a bad season, I don’t think anyone is going to worry about his job security.”
