The Pac-12 added five Mountain West schools starting in the 2026 season: Boise State, Colorado State, Fresno State, San Diego State and Utah State. However, ESPN‘s Paul Finebaum remains unimpressed and had no issue saying as much on Tuesday.
“Listen, I don’t really recognize the Pac-12 as a collection of rejects and misfits,” he told “McElroy and Cubelic in the Morning.”
“Texas State is probably a better add than it sounds because I think a lot of people probably aren’t all that familiar with what they’ve done. They have a good program, but it’s just cobbling a bunch of things together.”
