Speaking to reporters after the program’s exhibition, the Bucks HC was pleased overall but said there’s still a lot the school can improve on before their opener against Texas — especially with how inexperienced the roster is currently.
“The guys who have played football here, they’ve played football, but not as starters. … It’s a whole different deal,” Day explained, via Eleven Warriors. “… Every time you go out there, you’re either remembering our you’re learning. We have a lot of guys learning right now.”
