Green added that he had discussed the issue with Cousins, an 11-year NHL veteran who previously played alongside Stolarz with the Philadelphia Flyers and Florida Panthers organizations. They won a Stanley Cup together last spring in Florida.
“Nick Cousins and Stolarz have played together,” Green said. “I don’t know, he’s probably trying to either laugh at him, or make a joke or get him off his game. It is what it is.
