The ex-Ohio State Buckeyes wide receiver was a top recruit coming out of high school. He caught 80 passes for 990 yards and seven touchdowns in his career with the Buckeyes. Fleming transferred to Penn State for his final college football season, catching 14 passes for 176 yards and one touchdown.
Fleming was the No. 1 wide receiver in the country coming out of high school in 2020.
