
Shocking Departure: Star Colorado Football Player Announces Sudden Transfer Plans
On Wednesday, On3.com revealed that former four-star Colorado offensive lineman Zack Owens has decided to enter the transfer portal. Owens only spent one season in Boulder after transferring in from Clemson where he spent a lone year as well.
Coming out of Eagle’s Landing Christian Academy in McDonough, GA, the 6-foot-6, 375-pound guard received offers from the likes of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Florida State, Ole Miss, South Carolina and Tennessee.
At the time he was ranked the No. 18 offensive tackle in the nation and a top 200 player overall.
