Grant Frerking, a former walk-on wide receiver for the Tennessee Volunteers, appears to be in some trouble. The former Volunteers wide receiver “has tumbled into a mess of financial scams and legal issues that have him asking former Vols athletes for loans” according to a report by the Knoxville News Sentinel. 

The former Tennessee Vols player, who reportedly built his own business worth millions, has reportedly not paid his bills in a long time.

In the past six months alone, a Davidson County judge has ordered Frerking to vacate two apartments in swanky Nashville neighborhoods where he ran up nearly $16,400 in unpaid debts, according to court documents reviewed by Knox News.
