According to WKBW via ProFootballTalk, Buffalo Bills cornerback Maxwell Hairston is being sued for sexual assault. Hairston was the No. 30 overall pick in April’s draft following a standout career at Kentucky.
The incident Hairston is being sued over allegedly occurred in 2021 while he was at Kentucky. He is alleged to have engaged in non-consensual sexual contact with the plaintiff in her dorm room.
