
Texas Athletic Director’s Fiery Response to Ohio State Fans Sparks Backlash—What Did He Say?
Why would Texas agree to that, Del Conte asked rhetorically on Wednesday.
“Why would I want to move the game to Sunday night and have a short week?” he said on Wednesday.
Del Conte said that he had other things to do on Sunday, too, like attend religious services.
“I’ve got to go to church,” he said.

Ohio State fans won’t like his answer, of course, but you have to respect the honesty. Texas wanted nothing to do with playing Ohio State on a Sunday night in Columbus.
