Monday’s press conference saw Colorado’s Deion Sanders clear the air on the recent health issues that have kept him away from his team for much of the offseason and it turns out it was much worse than many would’ve imagined.
Speaking to the media alongside Dr. Janet Kukreia and Buffs athletic trainer Lauren Askevold, Coach Prime revealed that he’s undergone 14 surgeries over the last four years which included removing his bladder entirely when a cancerous tumor was found.
