The iconic college football coach, who led LSU and Alabama to several national championships, retired following the 2023 season. His final game came in the Rose Bowl, when Michigan topped Alabama en route to the College Football Playoff national championship game.
While Saban is better known for his time at Alabama than LSU, he still has great ties to Louisiana. Over the weekend, he was officially inducted into the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame.
