Meet Tim Tebow’s “Miss Universe” Wife (1:05)

Tim Tebow and his Miss Universe wife were in the White House, visiting with President Trump, earlier this week.

The Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback and his wife, Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters, visited the Oval Office to meet with President Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who is originally from Florida. Tim and his wife, Demi-Leigh, have a charity that fights against child trafficking.

A year ago, Tebow testified before U.S. Congress regarding child trafficking. He joined with Republican lawmakers to announce the Renewed Hope Act of 2024. The football legend has also worked with Homeland Security Investigations to identify and rescue child sexual abuse victims.

Tebow and his wife went viral for their 2025 White House visit, but this was far from the first time that they have spoken out about this topic.

Tebow, 37, previously spoke out on Fox News, issuing a scary warning for everyone.

He shared some very disturbing stats about child exploitation and trafficking.

“In the last 12 months, there have been over 500,000 unique IP address that have downloaded and shared child sexual abuse material. On average that 55-85 percent of those that are downloading and sharing it are also hands on offenders,” Tebow said on Fox News last year. “That means that there are hundreds of thousands of boys and girls that are being abused, that are being hurt, that are being exploited and we have to do something against them.”

Tebow told Fox News that he’s not giving up.

“We’ve been in this fight for over 10 years, since my dad was overseas and able to purchase the freedom of four little girls and I just knew that day that I was called to fight for the most vulnerable and that’s what we’re trying to do and we’re fortunate to do that in 90 countries around the world to fight for the MVPs: the world’s most vulnerable people,” Tebow said.

He’s calling for everyone to help, too.

“We have a defenders team, we have a prayer warriors team…if you’re a mom or dad, just by having trusted conversations with your boys and girls. (Don’t let) people who want to be alone with your children to ever have that opportunity. There’s so many different things that we can all do,” he said.

And, now, it sounds like he’s trying to get President Trump involved.
